Privacy Policy

Effective

This policy explains, in plain language, what information the Devsnexa website collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

1. Who we are

Devsnexa (“Devsnexa”, “we”, “us” or “our”) builds and manages workflow automation for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit devsnexa.com (the “Website”) or contact us, and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill in our contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, company, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: pages viewed, how you arrived at the Website, general location based on your IP address, browser and device type, and page performance. This is collected through Google Analytics, Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights.
  • Spam protection: when you submit the contact form, we store a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address and email address, your browser's user agent string, and the time of the submission, to stop spam and abuse. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that the form is being filled in by a person.
  • Server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address, time and the page requested, for security and troubleshooting.

3. How we use your information

We use this information to:

  • reply to your enquiry and talk to you about your project;
  • provide and support any services you agree to buy from us;
  • protect the Website against spam and misuse; and
  • understand how the Website is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Services we use

We use a few trusted service providers to run the Website. They may process your information on our behalf:

  • Vercel: Website hosting, analytics and performance monitoring;
  • Supabase: storing contact form enquiries and spam protection records;
  • Resend: sending emails;
  • Cloudflare: Turnstile spam protection; and
  • Google: Google Analytics.

Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires us to.

Some blog posts embed third-party video, such as a Loom walkthrough. If a post includes one, that provider may set its own cookies and collect viewing data under its own privacy policy, separate from this one.

5. Client projects

If you become a client, we may need access to some of your business data or accounts to build and run your automations. We use that access only for your project, and how it is handled is agreed with you as part of the project.

6. Cookies

A banner on your first visit gives you three choices: accept all cookies, essential only, or reject. Google Analytics, the only cookie on the Website that needs your consent, runs only if you choose “Accept all.” Cloudflare Turnstile may use cookies or similar technology to tell people from bots when you submit the contact form; this is essential to stop spam and does not need separate consent. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights do not use cookies.

See our Cookie Policy for the full list. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, and you can block or delete cookies entirely in your browser settings. Blocking cookies may stop some features, such as the contact form, from working properly.

7. How long we keep information

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to reply to you and manage any work we do together. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, such as using encrypted (HTTPS) connections and limiting who can access it. However, no website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email support@devsnexa.com and we will help.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK, or California, you may have additional rights under your local data protection law, such as access, correction, deletion, portability, or objection to certain processing. You can exercise any of these the same way: email support@devsnexa.com.

10. Children

The Website is meant for businesses and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
